Our commitment to our customers is to provide them with a quality product to use for a full 60 days in order achieve professional hair removal results in the privacy of their own home. no!no!® is backed by our Money Back Triple Guarantee that begins the day you receive your package. Our Money Back Triple Guarantee means that if you have tried using no!no!® for at least 45 days & no more than 60 days, and you are not satisfied, we will refund the full product price, shipping and handling charges and we will cover the costs for you to return your no!no!®. If you choose to return before you’ve used the unit for at least 45 days then we will still gladly refund your product price only and the cost of postage to return is your responsibility.  All returns must be sent via a trackable method.

This 60-day guarantee is only valid on no!no!® hair removal devices (MICRO, PRO, ULTRA).

Your commitment:

We encourage you to read all of the materials disclosed in your package to ensure proper use and safe handling. no!no!® uses science, not magic - You may need to use no!no!® for the full 60 days to start seeing results. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied and you are within the 60 day guaranteed time frame, we ask that you call our Support Team at 1 (888) 525-7580 to obtain an RMA# and return instructions. Shipments received back without a return authorization number will not be accepted or refunded. Upon receiving your package, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.  It is possible for the return to show as pending on your account for up to 30 days, based on your payment processors’ policies.


All no!no!® devices are covered by our general one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This is a professional grade product with the most advanced technology in the market that is subjected to strict quality control by the manufacturer. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of your original purchase. In some cases extended warranty plans are available. This policy warrants support for the no!no!® devices only (PRO, ULTRA, MICRO, SKIN), should it happen that defects attributable to the manufacturer be found.

In such a case, you are entitled to make full use of the benefits of this warranty. This implies the revision and replacement of parts free of charge within the one-year warranty period (unless an extended warranty was purchased). The manufacturer will fix your device unless they see that it needs to be replaced, in which case they will send a new product, free of charge.  If a device is found to be tampered with or altered in any way the warranty is null in void.  The warranty only covers authentic no!no!® Products purchased through authorized sources. When using your warranty, call our Customer Support Team 1 (888) 525-7580 and send your device along with the original receipt or invoice to the given address. Full warranty details will be included with your order.

To qualify for the triple guarantee you must have purchased directly from this website. Full guarantee details as well as the process for issuing an RMA and a prepaid return-shipping label will be included with your order. Three Payment Option: As part of the three-payment installation plan, you will initially be billed 33% plus shipping and handling. 30 days after the first payment, you will be charged the second of three installments in the amount of 33% of the device order total. 60 days after the initial payment, you will be charged a third and final installment of 34%, completing the purchase. These will be charged to the same card used with your initial purchase. Accessories, lotions and any non-devices in your cart at the time of the initial purchase are billed with the first installment payment. Only no!no!® Hair and no!no!® Skin devices are eligible for the three-payment installation plan.
